These two Michael Crichton covers are my favourite. They are very minimalist and use only 2 colours.

Posters
Will runs LoneWolfBlackSheep which is his studio which he splits into two parts:
Lone Wolf deals with clients and live briefs whereas Black Sheep is the part of his design practice dedicated to personal projects.
These book cover and poster designs by Will Staehle have amazing colour palettes and the bold illustrations draw your attention in. The vector based covers and posters i think are those that have the strongest points.
